Mr Phillips is a veteran of fishing these waters for years and put that experience here for others to read and learn. A very nice Secrets book on fishing. Four Stars for the information and I would have given 5, except for 5, Mr. Phillips would have needed to detail some area that would be especially good for me to fish. Well, that's fishing secrets that may be never known.
